Order Processing

I prepare and ship every order myself, with care and attention to detail.

Processing times depend on the type of product:

• Handmade, ready-to-buy products: packed and shipped within 2 business days.
• Personalized items: processing time depends on the complexity of your request. I will let you know the estimated processing time before I begin your order.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when tracking is available.

Please note that store pickup is not currently available. All orders are shipped directly to the address provided at checkout.

I currently offer worldwide shipping. Available shipping options and costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and the contents of your order.

Free shipping is available for orders over €150.
